1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QRExpert, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. The "Lifetime" Deal

The "Lifetime" plan grants you access to QRExpert Pro features for the lifespan of the product."Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the buyer or a perpetuity.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time for any reason. In the event of a product sunset (shutdown), we will provide a minimum 30-day notice via email. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" QR codes are subject to fair use. You may not use QRExpert for:

  • Illegal content, phishing scams, or malware distribution.
  • Generating excessive automated traffic (bot scanning).
  • Reselling the service as your own (unless on an Agency plan).

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund if we detect abuse.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." QRExpert is not liable for any damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our QR codes. (e.g., We are not liable for printing costs if you print a QR code and our server goes down or you change the link incorrectly).

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Lifetime Deal. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. To request a refund, please contact support.
